You retain all intellectual property rights to the videos you create. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Upon purchasing any of our paid packages, Phenakify.com grants the user a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the generated videos (the ‘Content’) for any purpose, including, but not limited to, commercial purposes such as marketing, social media advertising, and website use. This license explicitly prohibits the resale, sublicensing, or distribution of the Content as stock video material.
